By accessing or using VideoRepair (the "Service"), operated by MagicCat Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our") under the Magic Leopard brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

VideoRepair is an AI-powered online video repair service available at video-repair.magicleopard.com. The Service uses WebAssembly technology to process and repair damaged or corrupted video files directly in your browser. All video processing is performed locally on your device — your files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You must have legal rights to or proper authorization for any video files you process using the Service.
  • You must not upload, process, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or interact with the Service in bulk.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any video files you process through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content.

VideoRepair, including its AI algorithms, WebAssembly modules, software code, user interface, design, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by MagicCat Technology Limited. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

6. Service Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size: 500MB per video file.
  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, M4A, and 3GP.
  • Repair success is not guaranteed. Results depend on the type and extent of file corruption.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Processing performance depends on your device's hardware capabilities and browser compatibility.

7. Subscription and Billing

VideoRepair offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

  • A free tier is available with limited features.
  • Premium subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing cycles and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All video processing is performed locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology. Your video files are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. We collect only the minimum account and usage data necessary to provide the Service. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagicCat Technology Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Compliance with legal requirements or law enforcement requests.

If we terminate the Service for business reasons, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify users through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
